The client:
Chateau Nightclub & Rooftop Gardens, Gallery Nightclub
Our work:
The Method Management team was brought onboard prior to the venue opening and handled the hiring and management of 100+ staff members, all daily operations, health code & detailed service standards as well as financial budgets for entertainment and purchasing.
The difference:
In its first year, the nightclub saw over $400k in weekly revenue. The Method team hired and trained a management staff that was able to successfully takeover all operational responsibilities, allowing the venue to keep their team in-house.

Steam Nightclub + Railroad Blues Bar, The Edition Hotel, Daer Hard Rock Hollywood
Our work:
From construction to Grand Opening, Method Management was an essential part of venue planning and installation, staff hiring and training, creating SOP's and financial budgets, as well as entertainment booking, marketing plans, social media and developing a host program from scratch.
The difference:
Steam Miami became one of the most highly anticipated nightclubs to open in the Wynwood area of Miami. Method Management handed over all operational and marketing duties within 90 days of opening, allowing the venue to run an in-house program.

Temple Nightclub
Our work:
The Method Management team was brought onboard to assist with the venue's rebranding and re-opening. This included creating a hospitality team from scratch, retraining security and door staff (which was a major instability of the struggling venue), as well as acquiring sponsorships.
The difference:
Temple Nightclub is one of the top nightclubs in the U.S. with first-class front door service, top level entertainment and superior host team.
